We have various shipping options for orders.
1.) Collect from our studio in Woodstock, Cape Town.
2.) Free post office to post office. Your order will be sent with a tracking number and could take up to 5 working days depending on how outlying your area is. You will be emailed your tracking number so you can call your closest post office if you do not want to wait for the slip in the post.
3.) Courier to your door. R35 Cape Town & Surrounds. R130 JHB, Durban and Surrounds. R200 Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo & Bloemfontein. Expect 1 – 3 working days delivery time.
Once you have ordered we will send your order out within a week. You will know your parcel has been sent as we will email you. We try our best to get orders out ASAP.
Please email us to double check we have stock before ordering if you are in a rush. We can also quote you on overnight delivery!
If you are unhappy with what you received, or are not satisfied with it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return it and I will offer a refund on your payment excluding shipping costs.
Must be in its original condition – unused and unwashed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We use the secure and trusted Payfast gateway. Payfast process credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and Ukash. It is 100% safe and you can read about it here, should you have any concerns?
We also now accept SnapScan payments.
Ah no, so sorry to hear. Every now and then someone experiences technical issues. Please email us (email@example.com ) exactly what you would like (even taking a screenshot of your cart helps) and we will send you an invoice and our banking details for you to pay.
