1.) What is your name, surname, age and what do you do?
My name is Nicole Reichlin, I’m 28 years young, and I’m a small business owner/entrepreneur.
2.) How long have you been practicing yoga?
I bought my first mat and starting practicing yoga in 2012 when I was living abroad in the USA. since then, it had very much been an ‘on again-off again’ kinda relationship that would pop for a bit, then fade off for the next few months. That was up until February this year, when I dove into the 28 day yoga challenge at Wild Thing Studio, after which I was totally and utterly obsessed and committed. Now I can’t go longer than two days off my mat before I start feeling like a complete stranger to myself, haha!
3.) What are your 3 favorite poses?
Tricky! Hmm, does child’s pose count!? (Kidding) I love a good headstand. I love an arm balance like crow or hurdler. And as simple as it is, I love chaturanga dandasanas – I feel like I owe them for making my upper body strength so much stronger, which I’m grateful for. I thoroughly enjoy doing them so I never skip one out. I also love how they tie every segment of movement together in a flow (which I find extremely grounding)
4.) What do you do for fun in your spare time?
Singing karaoke or open mic nights. chilling on the beach. walking my dogs. other forms of exercise. hanging out with my people. eating.
5.) Winter is here, you’re at a coffee shop, what is your go-to beverage of choice?
my go-to is usually a flat white, but now I’m kinda dabbling in a lil’ matcha latte action. regular milk, please.
